Not sure what to say?

I remember and will never forget Carolyn for her artwork on Precision Power amplifiers, my hobby in the 1990s growing up. As an engineering professional today, I want to say "Thank you" CHY for your artistic impression on a beautiful piece of engineering and ultimately, decades later, contributing to my realization of how the worlds of art and engineering can meet.

Time will never define genuine connections... Cheers to chocolate milk shakes!

"If any of you are around long enough to write my obit, I'd like you to mention that I was an excitable girl, and that I had a full and brave heart." She would also state, "You never know what you'll get to be grateful for." LOVE WINS!! I love and miss you dearly my beautiful friend

Not a day goes by without you in my thoughts xxx

Wonderful and fond memories of Carolyn during the Pratt Institute years we had together - in my heart.

One of her earlier works, that I will treasure in my home forever. Thank you Miss Young.

My deepest sympathy. I am so sorry for your loss. I just learned of this today. She was truly a inspiration to me as a person and Artist. Sincerely Michael Castillion.

There never will be anyone like Carolyn. It was a privilege to know Carolyn and her beautiful spirit, joy, independent outlook, and passion and devotion to painting. We met as freshmen Art Majors at Newcomb College of Tulane University in New Orleans; we subsequently, coincidentally transferred to RISD at the same time. Though we were out later of touch for many years, we were able to catch up by phone in 2009; I'm very grateful for this. To quote Carolyn..." If any of you are around...

Her painting of me. 2015.

It was a privilege to be called a "friend" to Carolyn Hall Young. She was the essence of all that is good, kind and loving; the epitome of love and grace. Her mantra: "Love Wins", a message for all times. I love her and miss her always.
