Carolyn M. Healey, 71, formerly of Manchester died Monday Jan. 10 at Lahey Clinic in Burlington, MA after a lengthy illness.

Mrs. Healey was born January 25, 1933 in Nashua and was the daughter of William and Delia (Pearson) Bishop. She was raised and educated in the Manchester area, and lived in Atrim, NH and Nashville, TN during her life. She moved from Manchester to Burlington, MA 6 months ago to be close to family.

Mrs. Healey was previously employed as a Registrar with Catholic Medical Center of Manchester, and was a member of St. Matthews Episcopal Church of Goffstown. She was also a member of the Tide Mill Chapter, Order of the Eastern Star in Portsmouth.

She was predeceased by her husband Dana L. Healey, Sr. in 1983.

Members of the family include 2 sons, Dana L. Healey, II of Weare, and William Healey of Wilmington, DE, 3 daughters, Karen Allen of Dorset, VT, Lisa Seckman of Atlanta, GA and Cynthia Gilpin of Burlington, MA., 1 brother, Robert Bishop of Elkins, NH, 10 grandchildren, and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

There will be no calling hours. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday at 11:00 AM at St. Matthews Episcopal Church, North Mast St. Goffstown. The Rev. William Exner will officiate.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be sent to the Alzheimer’s Association of VT. And NH, 10 Ferry Street Suite 427B, Concord, NH 03301.

We were shocked to hear of Sally's death. Please know our love and prayers are with youall. It was wonderful living next door to Sally, Billy and Lisa. Those were good years and we still miss them.

Many good thoughts come to me of those times you visited Jenny and came with her to our Cursillo Group. It was a delight to know you.

Our deepest sympathy to the Sally's family. We'll remember the wonderful times we had with Sally over the years both in Nashville and Manchester.
