Carolyn was "by my side" almost everytime I visited Dr John Hawk, Dr Chris Hawk, and Dr Stanley Wilson Wilson. Two weeks ago, I was at the office, I was shocked to hear about her death. She was so kind and caring to me for many years. She was a wonderful nurse.
