She was a wonderful lady. I wish we could have ha many more years to enjoy ner.

Joy continues to bring 'joy' to my life as I walk through my home and admire her paintings. Love and Peace to you all.

Hulgan family, please know that the 'joy' Joy brought to so many continues for many of us. Her prints that hang in my home are a constant reminder of her many talents. I am blessed to have know her. Peace and love to you all.

Jan and all the family, you are in our thoughts and prayers.

Joy was such a sweet girl in school and a beautiful spirited woman. She will be greatly missed. As someone as mentioned what a blessing it would be if she could paint some wonderful pictures from heaven and send them down to us. Prayers for her family.
