Carolyn Hoskins Kruse

There was no one more generous than Carolyn. We moved into our Haddonfield homes at the same time in 1980 and became fast friends. She gave cooking lessons to members of a woman's organization of which we were members. It was a marvelous experience. She was a wonderfully creative caterer in addition to working full time; she had amazing energy. Always smiling, thoughtful, kind, highly intelligent and beautiful inside and out...Carolyn should be enjoying her well-deserved retirement. ...

Carolyn was one of the kindest and generous people I have ever known. Her love of people, food, travel, intellectual stimulation, and everyday joys was infectious. The world is a much better place due to her spirit moving among us. I feel lucky to have known her and will be eternally grateful for the love she showed me and particularly my daughter, Jamie, who thought of her as a second Mom. To the family of Carolyn Kruse. I was so very sorry to read of Carolyn's passing. I had the pleasure of taking care of her home in Haddonfield for 18 years. Now and then we would still call each other and keep in touch! She was a wonderful person and a very good friend to me during these years. She will be greatly missed by everyone. She had a heart of gold! My deepest sympathy to all who knew her and loved her! May she RIP!
