Enjoyed knowing and working with her at Sears, my deepest sympathy to her family.

Oh my goodness, where to begin. The citizens of Cedar Rapids greatly needed someone like Carol to inform them about the situation with their money. She will be greatly missed. She devoted her entire life to the citizens and now she can rest with Burt.

I appreciated Carolyn´s voice and attention to matters involving the city of Cedar Rapids. Prayers to her family and friends.

Carol and I volunteered on several projects over the years. Sadly life got in my way and I lost track of Carol. She was a wonderful caring person. My thoughts and prayers to the family.

So sorry to hear about carol enjoyed doing her hair over the years.

As a life long citizen of Cedar Rapids, it saddens me to hear of Carol's passing. She was a mentor of sorts to many of us, who don't like the way the local government spends our money. Carol wrote the play book for us on how we go about getting that transparency that she worked so hard for, for all of us. RIP Carol. We, the Citizens of Cedar Rapids can take it from here. Much love to Carol in Heaven and the Martin Family. You should be so proud of her!!!!!
