My condolences to Amy Underwood and her family

Memories of My Aunt will not only always remain very dear to my heart, but I also saw her as a Mentor. Her phone calls, letters, memos and visits always seemed to come at the most appropriate time. As a child, I admired the family so much that I actually wanted to have six children and did so. I am grateful that her legacy lives on in that family and and I have them (my extended family), to share memories with. Mom and Aunt Carolyn always sought to develop the family and they both assisted to...

I've always known her as Grandma...Amy and April's Grandma McCarthy. She was a very wise and caring person. Though it is sad to say farewell to such a beautiful soul, that soul is now resting peacefully and smiling down on us all.

As a long time HCC Biology Division faculty member, I will always remember Carolyn and her many kindnesses to faculty, other staff, and students.

My Grandma will be missed so much, she was always there with her advise. Someone who was so admired and for so many reasons. If there's someone I would ever try to take after, it would without a doubt be her. I Thank her for the strength she's passed on to me and everyone in our strong family. I am a better person because of her.
All my love...
Amy

Good memories of Carolyn from the Bio Div of HCC, all our conversations and arguments and exam typing.. I shall miss her.
