Not sure what to say?

Mother,
I'm at a loss for words today. I celebrate your life but miss you terribly. I couldn't have asked for a better Mom. You are with me in my heart and spirit. You are now my angel looking out for me. Happy Birthday, Mother. I will always love you, Lori

Carolyn was a class act while working in the Chief's Office. Her smile was genuine and her personality pleasant. I do remember how soft spoken she was. And although she is the most innocent individual I have ever met, she had a wonderful sense of humor. It is very true that she never complained and I never heard her say no to anyone. She and Barbara were an inspiration. I'm lucky to have been a part of her life. Rest in Peace.

I will remember Lori’s mom as I always remembered her smiling and asking how our day went in school. She was a quiet reserved lady, but one could feel that Carolyn was filled with a stoic inner strength which she passed onto her family through her love and nurturing. She will truly be missed Love Nora and Gwyne

I had the pleasure of working with Carolyn in the Special Investigations Unit at the San Jose Police Department. She was so nice, efficient, and sometimes knew what the question or request would be before it was asked. She had the uncanny ability to read people and things quite well. She also had a wonderful sense of humor. The other thing that was so memorable about Carolyn was the devotion to her family, especially her husband Bob. She loved her family so much, and it was so evident by...

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

Mother, as we called her, was a true Lady of the South. She was the kindest dearest person I ever met and when the disease took her, it was hard because I lost not only a mom but a dear friend and mentor. She epitomized the term Steel Magnolia. Mother had a very sweet demeaner with an IRON will. She saved my dad's life when he was stuck in the County Hospital with polio in the early 50's and had withered away to less than 100#. She fought for him and finally got him transferred to the VA...

Carolyn was always sweet and encouraging to me. She shared a birthdate with my Dad, so I will always think of her on Oct 20. I know I will see her one day in heaven.

carolyn, you were always such a sweet and dear friend . i thought alot of you . always so nice to everyone.im glad i knew you , with love louise

Carolyn, you taught me the art of being a wonderful mother-in-law. You always made me feel like I was the smartest, loveliest and most successful woman in the world, and you couldn't have asked better for your son. That is truly a wonderful gift to give a daughter-in-law, and I will forever be grateful for that. We love you, Mother, and we will miss your love and loyalty, your humor and funny stories, your devotion to us and the rest of your family. We know you're with Daddy in heaven,...
