Carolyn Jane Scroggins passed away peacefully on Friday, June 3rd, 2016.

She is survived by two daughters, Shelly Chappell and husband Chet of Lewisville; and Johnna Wentzel and husband Dale of Englewood Florida; three granddaughters, Lt. Commander Tanya Coppa, Amber Longoria and Jennifer Dale; two grandsons Mikey Boyd and Hank Wentzel; seven great-grandkids, Ethan, Madison and Alyssa Longoria, Tori and Nico Coppa, Emory Dale and Saryn Boyd. She is also survived by long-time friends Rick and Steve, who after 17 years grew into family and loving live-in caregivers the last several years of her life.

She will be loved and missed by all.
