Deepest sympathy and prayers to the Seip family.I remember Carolyn growing up in the neighborhood. ( I grew up in the 1200 block on Jackson St) Always admired her.She was very pleasant and always had a nice smile and a hearty hello. I also remember her mom and dad. He tended bar part time at Uncle Wesley's and she waited tables on weekends. Old memories of a nice family.
