Not sure what to say?

Words can’t express how sad I am to hear about Carolyn’s passing. She was an AMAZING person! She lived life to the fullest! I always admired her for that. She was a great mentor and friend!! I learned so much from her over the years at IP and cherished our friendship. Rest In Peace Carolyn!! God Bless!

I am saddened to hear this news. My condolences to her family. Carolyn did indeed have a joie de vivre! So smart and capable, hard worker, balanced by a great sense of fun and poking fun. I worked for Carolyn for 2 years. She was a wonderful manager. We had lots of laughs together inside and outside of work. Fond, fond memories! I am thankful she was able to retire early and travel the world with her many friends. We will miss you Carolyn.

I was so saddened to hear this news about Carolyn, I did not even realize she was ill, but I'm guessing that was the way Carolyn wanted it. She was such a great person and always brought lots of laughter everywhere she went. I had seen her at the last several Quarter Century Galas for International Paper, and it was always so great to see and visit with her. She will definitely be greatly missed. My prayers and sympathies go out to her family.

It's hard to refer to Carolyn in the past tense. She was so full of life and light.

She had great friends.Always smiling, easy to approach and willing to help.
We cherish your friendship. You will remain in our hearts.

Carolyn, your amazing smile accompanied a great wit and hearty laughter. We shared so many memories and adventuresome trips over the years. It is difficult to say good-bye to you my friend but know you remain in our hearts forever.

So stunned and saddened to learn of Carolyn’s death. My sincere condolences to Vera and to Carolyn’s brother. Vera knows how much the Kimbrough Grove Book Club loves her and loved Carolyn too. (We really considered her to be a bona-fide member of the group too!)
Thinking of you with prayers and love,

The next trip won’t be the same without you my fearless adventurous friend!! So many wonderful memories traveling the world with you. You have touched my life in so many ways!

This photo memory was the best day I spent in Florence Italy with you my precious friend. We had no set plans but let our footsteps take us on an unforgettable journey. We explored sacred sites bought souvenirs and shared laughter. I have been blessed to have you for a friend and God be with you till we meet again.

Carolyn lived in my neighborhood for several years. She was a kind and capable person. She will be missed. May God comfort your family during this difficult time.
