Age 69 died Sunday March 11, 2012 at Hurley Medical center. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 am Friday March 16, 2012 at St. Pius X Catholic Church 3139 Hogarth Ave. Flint, Fr. Robert Copeland, celebrant. Family will receive visitors from 3 - 8 pm on Wednesday and 1 - 4 and 6 - 8 pm Thursday at the funeral home. Carolyn will lie in state at the church from 10:00 am Friday until time of services. Carolyn was born in Flint Michigan February 5, 1943 the daughter of the late; Vernon and Evelyn (Fox) Abeare and had resided in the Flint area her entire life. She leaves to cherish her memory son, Jeff Terrian and Judy Shelby; daughter, Laura Roberts and Tom Yenna. Grandchildren, Cody, Collin, and Brittney. Brothers, Vern and Brenda Abeare, Ted and Sharon Abeare, and Pat and Nancy Abeare. Carolyn, You were one of Gods Angels here on earth, and he decided it was time to take you home. You are going to be missed by your loving family and friends so deeply. I just pray that God gives them what they need in their time of sorrow.
