We worked at the Department of state together for years and we were in deed very good friends who celebrated our January birthdays together. She called me "Fish". She sewed outfits for me and they were so sharp. She threw a retirement party for me along with other good friends. I Am hurting inside because I loved your mom. I am so sorry to hear of Carolyn's passing. She was a wonderful person and friend. I worked with Carolyn for many years in the Department of State and I am very proud to call her my friend. We had so many good times together - I can't believe she's gone. I'm sure there's a special place in heaven reserved for her.
