Carolyn warmly welcomed our family to the neighborhood when we moved to Massachusetts from CA in 1987. She was always interested in what the Emhoff kids were up to and we celebrated many happy occasions with her over the years. We will miss her dearly.

Our deepest sympathy to Hal and the Zawacki family. Carolyn shared my love for gardening, especially perennials, of which we shared many a plant division.
She was a dear friend to my Mom, escorting her to many a Gold Star Wives' function. A regular at many of our family gatherings, Carolyn always added to the lively conversation and celebration.
