Born October 28, 1969 in Seattle; died unexpectedly, July 31, 2012 also in Seattle. Survived by her loving mother, Nikki; her brother, Gabe; and her loving aunts, uncles and cousins.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated Monday, August 6th, at 10:30 AM at St. Mark Catholic Church, 18033 15th Pl. N. E., Shoreline, WA.

Carrie-Anne, you are so special and I'm so shocked to hear you left so soon.
