Carrie L. Walls

Carrie Lynn was my first friend - we were little girls together on Oak Street. She was 3 months older than me. We played dolls and had tea parties on my front porch and in her yard under the fruit trees. We rode a little red wagon down the hill, and we played ball in the empty lot next to her house before the interstate was built that resulted in the cul-de-sac. I haven't seen her since the early 60's - but will always remember her and the fun we had. I know you will miss her!

Carrie was a dear friend. We enjoyed talking about quilts. She was a Master Quilt Maker.

I am so sorry to hear about your Mom. The four of us really had some great times. She was a wonderful person and we shared many things. So glad the bowling alley matched us as a team. Always pizza afterwards at your house. Take care of each other. Love you all.
