Carroll was born on January 30, 1949 and passed away on Wednesday, January 3, 2018. Carroll was a resident of Lowry, Minnesota at the time of passing. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, January 8th at the Lowry Community Covenant Church. Visitation will be held from 4:00-6:00 p.m. at the Hoplin-Hitchcock Funeral Home in Glenwood and will continue one hour prior to the service at the church.
