As I was out of town I just learned of his passing and will miss seeing him and his wonderful family at Buttercup breakfasts. He was a lovely man!

Evie, I am just hearing about the loss of Carroll and I want you and your family to know that you have my deepest sympathy. May the thoughts from friends console you in your grief.

Carroll will be missed! He was a very exceptional man who loved his family and his beloved community of Bay St. Louis, Mississippi!
