Carroll Guilbeau was one of the finest men I ever knew. He was one of the first people to welcome me to Carencro when our family moved here in December, 1973. Always helpful and cheerful, he was highly respected by all who knew him. He was a leader and giver to so many aspects of the community that he will be difficult to replace and sorely missed.
We are saddened to learn of his passing and pray that the Peace of the Lord will be with his family. Our condolences to them.
