To the family of Carroll McHargue:

For health reasons Shirley and I will be unable to attend the last rites of a dear Partner and friend.

Shirley and I enjoyed many rounds of golf and social visits with Jean and Mac in Florida.

Mac was more than just a friend he was a very competent Partner and helped me and other Partners with many complicated Client tax and other problems. I will miss him not only for the reasons mentioned above but also...
