Carroll Pugh Sr.

I worked with Cal in the Dept. of Planning and Land Use for a number of years (late 80's through early 90's). He was well liked by everyone - he was kind, friendly, and always had a smile on his face. I have very fond memories of a very dear co-worker.

I knew Cal for many years as a mentor, friend & co-worker. He was never too busy to provide assistance. Truly "one of a kind". He will be deeply missed.
