My son, Jonas Simpson attended Carson Long for his last two years prior to graduation. What a wonderful experience it was for him. Jonas and our family have the greatest respect for Colonel Holman as he `lead the helm´ there. What a profound life he had. He will always be remembered as a kind and capable administrator by those who knew him as well as his family. My sincere condolences to his family. My our Lord bring you comfort and peace. Sincerely, The Simpson Family

Please accept my deepest condolences. I still say to myself and my children on a frequent basis "choose the harder right instead of the easier wrong". Colonel Holman was a good role model for so many, the kind we see too few of anymore.
