Carson Lee Tate

To the Tate Family,

I am devastated tonight to learn of Carson's untimely passing. I had the pleasure of having Carson as a student at SLCC about a year ago. He was always so delightful - so kind, and warm, and especially polite. It was truly a joy to have him in my class.

Just a few weeks ago, I bumped into Carson after not seeing him for quite some time. He gave me a big hug and we chatted for just a minute. As ever, he was so especially friendly, with his beautiful smile....

With deep sympathy

I didn't know him well but I met him in Prague last year while travelling around Europe. I was only there for 3 nights but in both the nights that we did go out in to the city he joined us. He was easy to talk to and the nights were great fun. It came as a bit of a shock when I saw what happened, especially as I lost my brother in a similar way, my deepest sympathies go to his family.

We are so saddened to hear of Carson's death. Are hearts are broken for your loss. Our thoughts and love are with you and your family at this difficult time. May you find comfort in the wonderful young man that he was. GG and your parents will be taking good care of him till you meet again. We love you. Ellis and Linda
