We at Camp Lebanon will miss his presence as he was passionate about the camp, especially camp meetings and youth camps. He was a blessing to us here and a great helper and volunteer and giver. Prayers for the family. He will be greatly missed.

I learned of Carter's passing from a friend from McDonald's. I met Carter at McDonald's on Erie Blcd in Hamilton. He was a special person. I discovered from conversations he knew my cousin Charles Patrick and he spoke highly of my cousin. Carter was very proud of his family and sports and his faith in God. Always in a great mood and a joy to know! He was be deeply missed.
