Not sure what to say?

May his soul rest in Peace in God's hands for eternity.

My heartfelt condolences to the Crane and Krueger families. His passion for journalism and sports drove him in the 47 years I knew him. He was one of the kindest people I knew. He is happy to be with Donna now.

Carter was a wonderful man and an asset to our community. Always soft-spoken and caring, he was loved by all. He will be greatly missed.

I am thankful to have known Carter with advertising and submitting photos /press releases for Kiwanis and others. He will be missed by the Aurora community. My prayers are with Jason and the family.

I didn't know him personally but always enjoyed The Voice and his articles. Rest in peace.

May he rest in God's hands for eternity.

I was shocked and saddened to hear of Carter's passing, and sorry that it was so soon after his wife's passing. I would always say hi to him when I submitted a Letter to the Editor and he always responded so kindly. My condolences to Jason and the rest of the family. If there is anything I can assist with The Voice, I would be happy to do so. In caring Memory of Carter.

Through his work with my local union and community I came to know Carter. He was a wonderful, kind man and friend. My condolences and prayers are with his family.
