Geyen Family,

It was a honor to get the opportunity to meet Carter and to coach him this past spring. I will always remember his big smile and passion for the game. His energy was something that passed to his teammates and will always be there.

There are so many caring people that have responded to the death of Carter. I hope you will plant a tree in the park or pay for a memorial bench in honor of Carter. He was a very special boy. My heartfelt sympathy. May God care you through your pain.

My heart and mind is saddened by Carter's death. I had the honor of being his preschool teacher at the Lab School-U of MN. My memories of him are of a little sweet boy on a mission to build with blocks, learn all about bulldozers, trucks and backhoes and always forever exploring. I am so sorry for your loss. I know that words are unable to fill the void that is in your hearts right now, memories, frinds and family can really help out more than you may know. I am so very sorry for the loss of your son Carter!! I can't imagine what your going through! Your son looked like an amazing kid full of life and energy and a true God send!! I don't your family, but that day your son died I did meet you ever so briefly. I was one of the responding Paramedics that took care of Carter and I can tell you...

I was so sorry to hear about this tragic accident - I have thought about your family every day since I heard the news. I have wonderful memories of your family at the Lab School. I remember Carter as a little guy when Jacob was in my class, and how dear he was. I pray for peace and healing for your family and for all those who feel his loss.
