We as a family got to know Carter in his senior year at RBR. He blessed our home with his bright and shining personality, warm humility and love. He always brought out the best in any situation and we'll never forget that special year. We send our sympathy to his entire family. We pray for peace and healing today and in the coming days and that God's angels will surround you during this sad time ~ with heartfelt love from the Bey Family.

Carter was an impressively blessed young man possessing many God given attributes from both his mother and father. His passing is profoundly felt by everyone who knew him.

Rest In Peace Carter "Car-tee-aye". This breaks my heart to write...I'll remember you as the carefree spirited, fun loving man that always made me laugh. You were a huge part of my last year at Coastal and for that I'm forever grateful. You'll always have a special place with me. Until we meet again friend, rest well.

Our hearts ache for your loss. Too young, and such a handsome young man. I can't even imagine what you are going through. We have chatted with our children regarding this tragedy. Thank you for sharing- hopefully knowledge will save one or more lives. Thinking of you today and each day to come!

This is heartbreaking What a fine young man lost too soon. I live in silent fear that I may get that same call about my daughter. I pray you find some peace from this horrible sickness.
