I was honored to be Carter’s teacher in the classroom as well as his Homebound teacher. I enjoyed getting to know his family in his everyday living experience. Carter shared happiness, love and life lessons to all who were lucky to know him.

We are so saddened for the loss of Carter. He brought so much hope and love to our hearts from 1500 miles away. The reach he had was a testament to what Hope and Love can do. I can't imagine how hard it is to lose a child but I do know God does everything for a reason I do believe in my heart that carter is now finally throwing that football maybe catching that fish or walking through paradise for his first time I pray for his incredible caring family and know God will take care of them
