Stringing up the fishing poles and oiling the reels yesterday when that damn Mellencamp song came on. My mind immediately went back to summers at Perry. All the silly stuff that went on back then... Still laughing about it today! Miss ya.

Larry and I both share the same experiences. I find your pennies that you drop down from heaven often. I think about you often. Your sister tells your nephew and niece funny stories about you. Holding on to sweet memories. Until we meet again.

I just had a very vivid dream about you last nigh Casey. One that's similar to many others I have had over the past 7 years. It has felt like so much longer than these years, but I know you send messages to me in my mind that I don't fully understand until I least expect them. Thank you Casey for being my friend, and continuing to be my friend now.

I se it's been awhile. Not because I've forgot about you. Levi got married and wore cuff links with your picture. Sweet Claire turned 1 and Hannah 13. All good times and good things but, there's always you not being here. Thanks for tuning in. Miss you everyday.

Another holiday season and again I don't feel it. Off to Nicole's tomorrow for the big day. It will help to be there with Nicole, Justin, Dillon and now Claire. Dillon is excited about christmas. Wait until he opens his Star Wars legos, #4994. Wish we had kept all of your star wars toys. He would have used them all. Miss you even more during this time of year.

Dear Casey,
A person that has never met you, surprised me with a gift today in your memory. I just had the strangest feeling that something unexpected was going to happen today. I didn't sleep very well. I woke up cranky. I kept telling myself you have to make it to the end of the day, then you will feel better. And then, there it was........ smack. The force, like a bolt of lightening ,hits you straight in the heart, and takes your breath away.
