Casey Christine Oki

I'm not sure if anyone still reads this with how long it's been since Casey's passing, but I wanted to offer my condolences for her passing. She was a great friend and we had some fun dates back in the day. I'm just barely learning about this as we lost touch with each other around beginning of 2016. Can someone please tell me how she passed if that's not asking for too much?
