I am shocked and saddened to hear about your loss. I only knew Casey for a short time But he was definitely a bright light in my life. When I moved home from Colorado I worked with Casey at Galyan's in the ski shop. We shared the same goals and dreams and we talked about the mountains often. There's a hole in my heart but a smile on my face. Your departure was so sudden and unreal. It's as though we are walking through a bad dream in slow motion. And then I think of your shy manner, beautiful eyes and impish smile - and I'm smiling again.

God gave you life and you used it well in your short 20 years. You spread joy, love, warmth and friendship to others and became a positive aspect to so many lives. The attendance at your wake and church...

I wanted to see you grow, to live, to explore, adventure, to watch you spread your joy. You graced each of my days with light and love. You corrected my injustices and reminded me of my pettiness.
