Casey Spradling

Casey Wilson Spradling, 31, passed away Friday, July 18, 2014, at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson. He was born December 23, 1982, in Tupelo. He was a graduate of Mantachie High School and received his B. A. and Masters degrees from the University of Mississippi. He worked as a sound and grip on films. He was an avid photographer, knife collector, and reader.

Graveside services will be at 1 p. m. Monday, July 21, at the Stephens Cemetery with Bro. Bill Adams officiating. McNeece-Morris Funeral Home of Mantachie is in charge of arrangements.

Survivors include his father, Jerry W. Spradling; his grandfather, Bro. Castor Buse; and his uncle and aunt, Terry and Carrie Buse, all of Mantachie.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Tammy Lee Buse Spradling; his grandmother, Iva Lee Buse; his grandparents, M. W. and Effie Spradling; and an aunt, Laurie Buse.

Pallbearers will be Dustin Buse, Jordan Buse, Roy Turner, John Wee, Greg Patterson, and Nathan Buck.

Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p. m. Sunday at the McNeece-Morris Funeral Home in Mantachie.
