Not sure what to say?

I am so sad to hear the news of Kitsey's passing. We were the best of friends when we were very young, and I have such wonderful memories of our childhood together. My heart goes out to Christopher, to her children and to Mark. She was truly a lady.

I remember Kitsy as being a kind soul, and thoughtful in her ways. That angelic aspect she had obviously remained with her throughout her life, thankfully, and remains with her now. She will still be with us for all of our humanity, and we bless you Kitsy, for gracing our lives. Thank you!

I knew Kitsey as a child when she and her family were active members of our church family in Longmeadow. My rememberances of Kitsey are those of a polite child and someone who chose the correct thing to do over "going along with the crowd". Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with you all at this very sad time.

Catharine, known as Kitsey in Longmeadow, was such a loving, bright, enthusiastic, kind and sensitive person. All her life she traveled her own road, was not one of a crowd, nor much fooled by superficiality. I am so sad. Julie Pohlman (Longmeadow, MA

I lived across the street from Kitsey for 10 years and enjoyed her companionship on our street and in class. She was bright, sweet, funny, and a wonderful friend. My thoughts are with her family at this difficult time. She will be greatly missed. Kitsey, I will always remember your love of English and History - you were a true academic and a lovely person.

Catharine and I worked together on a project several years ago. I just happen to read about her accident in a local paper and recognized Catharine's name right away. I remember her as being kind and caring with a great love of family -- and having a great deal of energy with regards to her work. I know she will be missed. You will all be in my prayers with hopes that you will heal from this incredibly sad passing -- being helped by all of the shared memories you have with her. My heart goes...

I also was an '84 LHS alum of Kitsey's. Our deepest condolences to her family.

I also went to LHS with Kitsey (as we knew her) and I have such fond memories of her sharp wit and keen sense of humor. She was the only other girl I literally saw eye to eye with...as we were both the tallest in the class. I will miss seeing her posts on FB..they always were spot on observations about life. She was loved and will be sorely missed by many! My heart goes out to her family and friends.

I was lucky enough to see live near Kitsey and see her the day before the horrible accident. She was truly an angel and will be missed terribly. My prayers and thoughts go out to Christopher, Robert and Eileen and the rest of Kitsey's family.
