Catherine Breeding is the little girl that was on a swim team and practiced during my lifeguarding duty, her and her brothers were always very respectful and just plain good kids. At the time it was like having more little sisters and brothers, since they were all around the same age as my brother.

My brother Peter lost a good friend.

She grew into a well respected 21yr old woman in our community and it is with a deep heart I say goodbye.

Our hearts are breaking for all of you. Catherine was a BEAUTIFUL young lady inside & out. We still consider Providence families as part of our family. Dominique told us law enforcement was Catherine's passion. He remembers talking to her about that dream. Praise God she achieved that with flying colors.

What a blessing it has been, over the years, to watch her grow into such a beautiful woman, inside and out. Praying that The Lord will comfort you, strengthen you and fill you with His peace during this difficult storm.

To Catherine's Family, I did not have the pleasure of meeting Catherine, but knew of her from fellow lawmen who thought highly of her. After reading her obituary, we have lost a young women that the we need many more to grow up in her footsteps and I know you were very proud of her.
