Catherine Joan De Prima

Catherine Joan De Prima entered into eternal life on June 4, 2008 after a lengthy battle with cancer.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Joseph, of 42 years. Catherine was born in Rochester, NY and was employed in the medical profession for 30 years in San Jose, CA. She retired to Magalia in 1992 and volunteered at the Feather River Auxilliary Gift Shop. Catherine was president of the St. Thomas More Ladies Guild and Treasurer of the St. Thomas More St. Vincent de Paul Society.

She has always been an animal lover. She enjoyed all forms of crafting, especially ceramics.

Viewing will be between 4 and 8 p.m. on Sunday, June 8, 2008 at the Chapel of the Pines. Services to be held at St. Thomas More Church on Monday, June 9, 2008 at 10 a.m.
