Not sure what to say?

Mrs. Garcia my favorite teacher. I remember after I had long been out of school. Working at Rams Horn, you would come in to eat with your husband. I still talk about you today and I´m a Grandma now! Everyone wishes to be immortal and the impression you made on a small child makes you so in my eyes.

Cathé was a friend of mine and I am lucky for that. I met her years ago through PCA (Photo Corp of America). She was smart in a hundred different ways and shared it as a high school teacher uplifting the lives of many, me included. Nameste.

Dear Cathe, gentle soul, I'll always remember your smile and warm heart. You have always been an inspiration to me. Love of the angels to you, and to Ed and all those who love you. -Maureen

Dr. Garcia McDonnell, you will forever be missed and left a shining imprint on everyone's heart. Thank you for being "you"; a humorous ball of energy and most importantly a mentor for those who needed realistic guidance. Without your discipline and enlightenment I would not have the career I have now. Thanks again sunshine and I'll see you somewhere over the rainbow!!!

Prayers to Ed and family members. Great memories for friend of 35 years. Nameste Cathe.

Cathe was a great friend to all in High School. Nothing but fond memories of this dear Sparty. I love you Cathe and pray for your family and for our class of 1966 as we remember your sweetness.

Ed and family, I am heartbroken to hear the news. Cathy will be remembered as a warm, caring and smart woman who left a better path for all she touched. My best to you, Liz Agius

Heaven received a great Angel when Ms. Garcia went home. She is one of my most favorite teachers ever. I remember that she taught me sign language. Many years after having her as a teacher, her husband and she would come into the restaurant I was working at and we would catch up. We all should be so lucky as to have a teacher as dedicated and wonderful as she was. Goodbye and may God be with your family at this sad time.

Dr Garcia-McDonnell was an amazing teacher. I am who I am because she opened my mind to know what I wanted to do after school. She will be greatly missed. Praying for the family at this time of loss.
