Not sure what to say?

Mrs. Grimes set a fine example of professionalism. She was kind and compasssionate. When she hired me she informed me that she wanted her Registered Dietitians to wear skirts or dresses to work. Since 1987 I have maintained this practice.I am sorry to hear of her passing.

To all the wonderful Grimes family:

Your Mother was an extraordinary person, whose legacy you each continue as a credit to her and your Dad. I grew up almost next door to her Mom, and professionally and through family our families kept in touch. What a proud heritage she represents. She will be greatly missed. My sympathies to all of the Grimes family.

our deepest sympathy to Kay's family at this most difficult time. she was a special person and we will miss her.

My deepest sympathy to the Grimes Family. Mrs Grimes was my first boss after I got out of my dietetic internship. I worked at St. Francis from 1975-1977, She taught me allot. I will never forget her.

On behalf of Principal/Chief Administrator Margaret Williamson and the entire Northwest Catholic High School community, I offer my deepest sympathy on the death of Catherine Grimes.

Because her children -- Mary Grimes Parent '67, William Grimes '69, Daniel Grimes '71, and Susan Grimes '74 -- are cherished members of our school family, we feel that she was, too, and we mourn her passing along with all those who love her.

Please know that we will keep Mrs. Grimes and the...

Mrs. Grimes was a woman ahead of her time. She fought fo her clinical dietitians at St Francis . She made sure we were recognized as medical professionals, not just "dietary". She hired me twice without reservation. She wanted me to work hard and make her proud. I think I did. She was my patient very recently and I was honored to be part of her care. I am very sorry for her wonderful family. She raised a family, worked full time, was a wife, mother, active in her community...juggling these...

Heartfelt sympathy and prayers to all of Kay's Family. I knew her by my connections to St. Francis Hospital and Auxiliary and the Sisters of St. Joseph. She was always present and contributing, friendly and gracious. May you all be filled with God's love and the happy memories Kay has left you as you grieve your loss.
