Not sure what to say?

I learned today of my friend's passing. I met Catherine at the Anchorage Senior Center when I was the Outreach nurse there. We became good friends and I still laugh at people trying to give her hugs. She certainly didn't like those hugs! She would coil up and shake her whole body! She was one sharp gal and was hugely missed in the craft room at the senior center when she could no longer attend. Thanks for your wisdom and friendship, Catherine. You will be thought of dearly.

I love you and miss you every day, Mom. You were always there when I needed you. I miss the times we used to tell secrets and laugh. I will keep you in my prayers every night. Your daughter, Patti

I love you, Mom and miss you every day. You were a good Mom and true friend. Thank you for being there every time I needed you. Your Daughter, Patti

I will always remember Kate just the way she looks in this photo, smiling from her special spot at the "family" table where she lived at Grandma K's Place. Often, she and her friend,Vince, played tug of war with the tablecloth as the prize. They were evenly matched.

Other times she would reach across to her other friend,Gene, touch her hand and ask,"How are you doing today?" She and Gene became close friends.

Her favorite color was purple and she wore it well. I can imagine she...

Grandma Kate will be missed. She was a great friend and neighbor. I will never forget her or her laugh, her kindness to others, or her bright smile. Jim you were a very good son to her. She spoke highly of you and Patti and all her family. I will call you when I get a chance ok. Glenna Equia

I am sorry to learn of your mother's passing. I had the honor and privilege of briefly knowing Mrs Lower and enjoying her company, she will be missed. Please accept my condolences to the family.

I love you Grandma!

So sorry to hear of your mother's passing.

Long time family friend. They lived across the street from us when I was born and growing up until "Minnesota Bypass" moved us out of the neighborhood. I have fond childhood memories of her. May God Bless Kay and take comfort in knowing she has been reunited with her husband John.
