Not sure what to say?

Earlier this summer I was driving down Kensington Ave. in La Grange and I wondered aloud as I passed Cathy's childhood home...Whatever happened to Cathy McAvinchey? I was shocked and saddened to hear about her death. Little did I know that she was living 4 blocks from my home in Oak Park. I went to school with Cathy. She was a gentle and kind soul.
My heart goes out to Cathy's family. This was a senseless tradegy that never should have happened.

To Catherine's family,

I will miss Catherine's peaceful presence in our building. You are all in my prayers and please know that my heart is with you. She was such a good person; a quiet soul.

I am sorry that I was not in town to attend the Mass but did offer my prayers for all of you the entire week. I wish you peace and comfort and the good memories that you all share.

Our thoughts and prayers are with the family and friends of Catherine. We are so sorry for the loss of your daughter, sister, and friend, and so saddened by this tragedy.

Words cannot express my sadness and shock in learning of "Mac's" terrible tradgedy. We had a mutual friend in the shoe division at Spiegel, so Cathy lunched with us often. Always a delight, I'm sure there are many holes left by her absence.....

Our thoughts and prayers are with the family and friends of Catherine. Having lived in the Courtyards a few years ago with many great memories of the people and building and joy we got out of making it "the penguin building" during the holdiays, it was with great sadness we heard of your loss.

My sincere condolences to Catherine's family. We will miss her as a neighbor and resident in our building. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

My deepest sympathies to Cathy's family. I worked for her at Spiegel. She was a wonderful person and always had a kind word to say. My prayers are with you.

Pat and Jack,
Sally and I were deeply sadden by your loss. You and Dan and PJ will be in our prayers. Our prayers and Mass will be said for Cathy.

Please accept my sincere sympathy on the tragic loss of your loved one. Many thoughts and prayers are with you.
