Not sure what to say?

Though the opportunities I had to spend with Great Aunt Catherine were numbered, I can say that those times will be fondly remembered. Such a fun-loving and good natured person made a large impression on the younger version of myself, which carries on today. My sympathies to all whose lives were touched by her.

Some of my fondest childhood memories included time with Aunt Kay and her family, at family reunions, wedding receptions, and trips to Virginia. Aunt Kay was always such a great hostess, keeping us all busy, and smiling with fun activities. Thank You Aunt Kay!
Sending my condolences and prayers to her family, and to all those whose lives she touched.

Dear Cousins and Friends,

Just wanted to let you know that you are all in my thoughts and prayers in these days following Aunt Kay's home-going. She lived life with much joy and that joy was infectious. Her open heart and willingness to invite everyone into the life of her family made visiting her home always full of fun.

I know you are all missing her quick smile...for now. There will be a time to see it again.

Much love,

Ruth (Creadon) May

Dear sister
It would take volumes to recount all the happy times shared with you and your family. Back in the 40's I babysat for your kids. In the 50's your kids babysat with our kids. In the 60's our children babysat for your grandkids. During the years that both of our families lived in Lakewood, we grew especially close and spent lots of time together. Friends are special but Sisters are forever!!......We will miss you Kay now that you have joined those who went before you, but...

Aunt Kay's and Uncle Jacks on Wayne Ave was always a must stop whenever we were in Lakewood Ohio. Norris's, Wunderle's, Creadons's, Lousey's, and Franczak's, all of us, young & old, have great traditional values because of extraordinary women like Aunt Kay.

You are in my thoughts and prayers. Aunt Catherine was always a fun and active host on our visits to Florida, a memory that will last beyond any lifetime. To this day I remember like it was yesterday, the many times Aunt Catherine took us to her pool, the beach, the oldest school house and taught me how to play shuffleboard! Thank you Aunt Catherine for all the great times and wonderful memories!

I have such great memories of Aunt Kay from my childhood. She did indeed have an infectious laugh and was always in such a great mood! She welcomed me to her home in Florida when I was on Spring break one year and I still have the picture of her and granmma at St. Augustine. Yes, my mother MADE me take time out of my precious spring break rowdiness to visit good old Aunt Kay; but I will always treasure that time we had together. She had many nieces, but made me feel like her 'favorite' one...

Aunt Kay........a wonderful woman with a BIG heart. We shall miss you greatly, but will always have fond memories of times spent with you, and your family. You are now reunited with Uncle Jack, and Christopher. Prayers, and hugs of comfort, for your family during this difficult time.

I was so saddened to hear of Aunt Kay's passing and send along my sincere condolences. She will be deeply missed. But although she left family behind, she will now be joining family too.

I also send along my best wishes to you all.
