Catherine Geneva Shivers

Mrs. Shivers, welcome me to P.S.22, as a first year teacher in the fifth grade department. She was always kind, considerate and would advise me on instructions beneficial to the students.
Most importantly was her "Smile" beautifully exhibited at all times. If she had to discipline any of her students, her Smile remained in tact. Such a Beautiful Teacher,Such a Beautiful Person. Thank you for the opportunity to work with you.

Catherine, was a ray of light. She truly was everything God calls us to be. May we remember her by being kind, loving one another, and loving God with all your heart. Rest in peace to a very special lady. You'll remain in my heart forever.

I worked many years at P.S. 22 School with Catherine. She was a terrific person and a wonderful colleague. Sincere condolences to the family.
