SIMMONS, Catherine Kay (Odykirk) - age 63, died Monday, August 24, 2015 at Fostrian Heartland Health Care Center. Honoring Cathy's wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no service. Those desiring may make contribnutions to the Humane Society of Genesee County, G-3325 South Dort Highway, P.O. Box 190138, Burton, Michigan 48519. Cathy was born on January 6, 1952 and was the daughter of the late Ernest and Carole Odykirk. Surviving are her husband, Tommie Simmons; sister, Sue(Roger)Lessard; dear friend, Carol Depew. She was also preceded in death by her twin sister, Candice; brother, Charles; and nephew, Michael Lessard. The family wishes to express their gratitude to the Fostrian Heartland Health Care Center staff for their care and compassion during this long journey. Angels of mercy are all of you.
