I was so sorry to hear of Cathy's passing! I only met her a few times at the office but I remember her always smiling and being so friendly. My thoughts & prayers are with you & your family.

Dear Doctor Jon,
My heart goes out to you and to you family at this time and in the days ahead. I have memories of bringing my wife to your office some years ago and how it was more like visiting a family than a doctor with Kathy there. Her friendly help and conversation made these visits special.
