Fran-When I first started with the Division of Parole back in 1977, Kate was my very first boss. She was dubbed the "Dragon Lady" by many, but I found her to be a very caring, fair, and kind woman. She saw something in me that no one else did. Thirty three years later, I'm still with Parole in the Syracuse Office where I started under your mom's excellent training. I thank her very much for the chance to prove myself to be a motivated and dedicated employee.
