Mary and my mom, Peggy Andrews, spent a great deal of time together at Applewood. I loved their friendship and the laughter they shared. Mary was a special lady.

Mary & her husband Lanc were our next door neighbors for many years. She was a great lady & while its been a while since we've seen each other we always kept in touch at Christmas time. I will really miss her.

I met Mary while working at the House of Walsh about fifty years ago.We developed such a strong friendship that all we needed to do was look at one another and break into fits of joyous laughter and understanding. My brother Bill and I visited with her this fall and the laughter and joy picked right up as we spent the afternoon with her. I must mention the coincidence that my mother also died this past Saturday at age 96. Please accept my sincere condolences.
