Read MoreI'm so sorry that she had to leave us this soon. Katie truly was the best cousin that I have ever had. she was my idol and my #1 role model. We had so much planned it makes me so angry at myself that I didn't spend more time with her. Most of the time I don't cry over death but this one got me and I could not stop crying.

To Katie's family... I came to know Katie through my niece Amy Elizabeth Koontz I met Katie at Amy and Jim's house for celebrations involving the children.... Katie always had a smile on her face...
