Cathy was generally the first name I saw every time I opened Facebookalways offering words of agreement or supportalways kind words. She fought her battle without complainingalways hoping for the best and always with love for God whom she trusted implicitly while she lived each day to serve Him. She cared about District 150 and her students, and it was the districts loss when she was forced to retire. Of course, we share a love for Manual. I am glad that Facebook offered us the opportunity to maintain a relationship over several years. Love,

We became acquainted with Cathy and her children as her children attended Concordia Lutheran School and were confirmed in the Lutheran faith. Our sympathy to the family as she reached her heavenly home and they are left behind.
