Cathy Rachel Plicka Fogarty

Cathy was my step mother for nearly 25 years. She was just as close to me or even closer then my own mother. She always ensured that we took vacations together as a family, her, my baby brother, my father, and I. All through elementary and middle school she would always help me with my math homework. Cathy had a beautiful smile. The love of her life was her son Michael. They spent countless hours together enjoying each other's company. Cathy was a very caring person. She is safe in God's arms now. Rest in peace. Much love and a hug.
