Not sure what to say?

In loving memory of a wonderful person. We will love you and miss you always.

My prayers and love go out to you and yours in the death of Cathy. Please know that I am here if yuo need anything

Cathy and Alex Harvin were such wonderful people. I grew up in Manning. When my father passed in 1983 Alex came to see the family. The morning prior to the funeral service Cathy was so kind and thoughtful, bringing the family a wonderful breakfast casserole. They will always be remembered for their caring and sharing. I will keep the family in my thoughts and prayers.

Mary Franklin, your parents brought out the best in everyone who had the honor of knowing them. They served our State and the people of Clarendon County with love, integrity, and enthusiasm.

Never doubt that most of all, they loved you. I have never known two parents prouder of a child than they were of you. It broke their hearts to leave you so soon.

Our deepest condolences to the family of Representative Cathy Harvin. She will be sorely missed by the people of Clarendon County and South Carolina. May she rest in peace.

Mrs. Harvin's passing is another great loss for our state and especially our low country area that she and Alex represented so faithfully. Doug Doster (Cameron,S.C.)

Please know that your father and mother both touched my life deeply at a young age and helped me become the person I am today. They will be missed but always loved and remembered in my thoughts. My heart goes out to you during this troubling time.
