Cathy Sheryl Haskins

Chatham………Cathy Sheryl Haskins, age 58 of Chatham died Tuesday, October 13, 2015 at UVA Medical Center.
Born September 5, 1957 in Pittsylvania County she was a daughter of the late Herbert Gilmore Haskins and Edith Conner Haskins. She was predeceased by one grandson, Jonathan Gray Yeatts; and three brothers, Bernard Clay Haskins, Herbert Neal Haskins and Leonard Eugene Haskins. Mrs. Haskins was a member of Greenbay Christian Church and was a former employee at Roses. She enjoyed gardening, flea markets, shopping and playing with her grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband, Miguel A. Nava of the residence; two sons, Donnie Yeatts and his wife, Dana of Chatham and Angelo Nava and his wife, Michelle of Hurt; two brothers, G. Wayne Haskins and his wife, Eleanor of Chatham and Kenneth Haskins and his wife, Christine of Chatham; three sisters, Patsy Rowland of Chatham, Hazel Roach of Gretna and Helen Roach and her husband, Roy of Chatham; two granddaughters, Abigail Marie Yeatts and Arianna Bailess.
Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 A.M. Friday, October 16, 2015 at Greenbay Christian Church by Rev. Ken Lester and Rev. Dr. Charles Warnock. Burial will follow in the Carl O. Moran Memorial Garden.
The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 Thursday, October 15, 2015 at Colbert-Moran Funeral Home and other times will be at 1501 Old Mine Rd, Chatham.
